I have many tools in my toolbox that I use. Unless you want a specific type of therapy only, I will usually combine therapies and may use several different types during a session depending on the needs of the client that particular day.
Phone or Skype sessions are available for Body Code and T3 Therapies.
I also have products that I carry to further clients learning and healing available to purchase.

What To Expect From a Session
At the start of a session if you are a new client we will go over and discuss your intake forms. We will talk for a few minutes about what is going on and some things that you would like to work on. I will then assess what the priority is and we will get started. Depending on the type of therapy, you will remain seated or I may ask you to lie down on the massage table. Most therapies are done clothed unless you are wanting a massage.
Most sessions run about 90 minutes to 2 hours. If you want to stick to a specific time frame please tell me when you are scheduling and we will stay within the allotted time. There may be times when we are in the middle of something when the time comes up and I will ask you (if time permits) whether you want to continue until we hit a better stopping point or if you need to stop.
Many people ask how many sessions will it take to get well? I do not have the answer to that question. Everyone is unique and has their own blueprint of healing. It also depends on the persons desire to move forward and let things go. If someone comes in with a specific issue they want to work on, it will take approximately 1-5 sessions to complete that issue depending on what is involved.
I see myself like a contractor. The contractor comes in and asks a person what they want done and what parts of the project you want him/her to be involved with and what parts you want to do on your own or have someone else to do. Some people have been working with other facilitators or with themselves and may just need a specific modality I use or just need some help to get past a particular issue that they cannot figure out on their own.
As a part of your session I will teach you techniques you can use on your own to help yourself as well.
Please come to your session well hydrated. If a person is not hydrated it may prevent the ability to muscle test.
Please leave your phone in your car or turn it off (unless in extreme circumstances). Your session is your time and should not be interrupted.
Muscle Testing
Muscle testing has been used for a long time as a way to get answers from the body. It is a way to access the subconscious mind and help an individual to heal. Our subconscious mind remembers everything that we have done, seen, eaten, smelled, etc., and holds the key to how we need to heal and in what order. The body can be asked yes or no questions and the body will respond with either a strong muscle when a small amount of pressure is applied or weak. Typically the client will hold up an arm and the tricep muscle is used. The muscle will hold strong when the question asked is a truth and weak if not.
