In our day to day life we are meant to experience different emotions and learn from them. After feeling the emotions, they should be let go. For instance through laughing or crying. However, often times we hold onto negative emotions because we either don’t understand them, don’t know how to deal with them or cannot let them go because of circumstances so the get stuffed somewhere inside of us. Emotion Code is a way to release emotions that have become “trapped” inside of us or release “heart walls” that we have created to protect our heart from further pain.
Emotion Code is a smaller part of a larger system called Body Code. The Body Code has been designed to find imbalances in the body that are causing pain, and emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, depression and many other types of physical, emotional and spiritual problems.
Through an app, called the “Mind Map” the practitioner uses muscle testing and intuition to be led to the imbalances found in six main areas and then to subareas. It is a very effective way to find underlying causes of specific issues.
